We use a combination of staff appropriate to each aspect of the project but with a dedicated Project Manager who will remain your single point of contact throughout the work. We use Chartered and Quantity Surveyors, CDM specialists, legal specialists and Certificate of Competence in Asbestos qualified staff to make sure your project runs as efficiently and professionally as possible.

Typically, we might develop a specification from client needs and asbestos survey findings and then tender the work to licenced asbestos contractors. Following tender analysis, we would work with the client to help appoint the asbestos removal contractor. Throughout the work programme we would ensure the contractor was compliant with legal requirements and that the work was properly resourced, planned and implemented.
